Please read these terms carefully before accessing or using the Juniorpreneur platform.

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Juniorpreneur platform ("Platform"), including its website, applications, learning systems, and associated services, operated by Doerpreneur OPC Private Limited ("Company").

By accessing, registering, or enrolling in any services, the user ("User") agrees to be legally bound by these Terms.

Definitions
"User"Any individual accessing or using the Platform.
"Student"A user enrolled in any program.
"Parent / Guardian"Legal representative of a minor student.
"Mentor"Authorised individual providing instruction or guidance.
"Digital Partner"Authorised affiliate or promoter of the Platform.
"Learning Centre"Authorised offline delivery partner.
"Services"Programs, mentorship, content, and related offerings.
"KYC"Know Your Customer — mandatory identity verification process.

Eligibility
  • Minimum age for enrolment is 13 years.
  • Users below 18 years must enrol through a Parent / Guardian.
  • The Parent / Guardian assumes full responsibility for financial obligations, student conduct, and compliance with these Terms.

Registration and KYC (Mandatory)
4.1  KYC Requirement

Enrolment in any program is subject to the successful completion of mandatory KYC verification. Access to services may be withheld until KYC is fully approved by the Company.

4.2  Information Collected

The following information is collected and verified from the student and their Parent / Guardian:

From the Student
  • Aadhaar Card of the student (front and back, or equivalent government-issued identification).
  • Recent passport-size photograph of the student.
  • Name and address of the school currently attending.
  • Current residential address proof.
  • Previous academic record — last year's class certificate or equivalent marksheet.
From the Parent / Guardian
  • Full name of the Parent / Guardian.
  • Aadhaar Card of the Parent / Guardian (front and back).
  • Active phone number of the Parent / Guardian.
4.3  Purpose of KYC
  • Identity verification and fraud prevention.
  • Student safety and regulatory compliance.
  • Accurate enrolment record maintenance.
4.4  Accuracy and Consequences
All KYC information must be accurate and authentic. Submission of false, forged, or misleading documents will result in immediate rejection of enrolment or termination without refund, and may attract legal consequences under applicable law.

The Company reserves the right to re-verify KYC at any stage of the program and to withhold or suspend access pending verification.

Account Management
  • Accounts are personal and non-transferable.
  • Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
  • The Company may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

Services and Program Delivery
  • Services may be delivered via online, offline, or hybrid modes.
  • Program structure, schedule, and mentors may be modified as required by operational needs.
  • Attendance and participation are the sole responsibility of the student.

The Company shall not be liable for missed sessions due to user absence.

Fees and Payment Terms
  • All applicable fees must be paid as per the selected program.
  • Fees may vary based on program type, location, and delivery mode.
  • Payments are non-transferable.

Failure to complete payment may result in restricted or suspended access to services.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
8.1  24-Hour Cancellation Window

Users may request cancellation within 24 (twenty-four) hours from the time of successful payment.

8.2  Applicable Deductions

Approved refunds within the 24-hour window shall be processed after the following deductions:

8.3  Usage-Based Deduction

If any services — including sessions or content — have been accessed within the 24-hour window, the Company reserves the right to apply additional reasonable deductions proportional to usage.

8.4  Post 24-Hour Policy
No refund shall be provided after 24 hours of enrolment, or once the program has commenced — whichever is earlier.
8.5  Non-Refundable Situations

No refund shall be granted in cases of:

  • Change of mind after the 24-hour window.
  • Non-attendance or lack of participation.
  • Violation of Terms or misconduct.
  • Termination due to false KYC or fraudulent activity.
8.6  Refund Processing

Approved refunds shall be processed within 7–21 working days via the original payment method.

8.7  Company-Initiated Cancellation

In the event of cancellation by the Company, rescheduling or a transfer to another program may be offered. Refunds, if applicable, shall be at the Company's discretion.

Code of Conduct

Users shall maintain respectful and disciplined behaviour and follow all platform rules at all times.

Prohibited Actions
  • Harassment or abusive conduct towards any participant or staff.
  • Disruption of sessions or community activities.
  • Sharing unauthorised or inappropriate content.

Violation may result in suspension or termination without refund.

Parent / Guardian Responsibilities

Parents / Guardians agree to:

  • Ensure the student's compliance with these Terms.
  • Monitor student participation and conduct throughout the program.
  • Fulfil all financial obligations on behalf of the minor.

Mentor Terms

Mentors shall:

  • Deliver services professionally and ethically.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of user information.
  • Follow all Company guidelines and standards.

Unauthorised conduct or breach of guidelines may result in termination of engagement.

Digital Partner Terms

Digital Partners shall:

  • Represent the Company accurately and responsibly.
  • Avoid misleading claims or misrepresentation.
  • Follow approved communication and pricing policies at all times.

Violation may result in termination of partnership and legal action.

Learning Centre Terms

Learning Centres shall:

  • Maintain infrastructure, safety standards, and a conducive learning environment.
  • Follow the approved curriculum and Company policies without unauthorised modification.

Non-compliance may result in suspension or termination of the centre agreement.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including videos, curriculum, assessments, graphics, and digital assets — is the exclusive property of the Company.

Users shall not:

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content.
  • Record sessions or share content without prior written permission from the Company.

User-Generated Content

Students may submit projects, assignments, or other content as part of the program. By submitting, the user grants the Company a non-exclusive right to use, display, and distribute such content for educational and promotional purposes.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform and all Services are provided on an "as-is" basis. The Company makes no guarantees regarding specific learning outcomes, results, or the uninterrupted availability of services.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the User for the relevant program.

Data Privacy

User data, including all KYC information collected during enrolment, shall be handled in accordance with applicable data protection practices and the Company's Privacy Policy. The Company implements reasonable security measures to protect user data but does not guarantee absolute security.

Termination

The Company may suspend or terminate a user's access for:

  • Violation of any of these Terms.
  • Misconduct or disruptive behaviour.
  • Submission of false or forged information during KYC or registration.

No refund shall be applicable upon termination due to violations.

Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its directors, staff, and associates against any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from:

  • Misuse of the Platform or Services.
  • Violation of these Terms.
  • Legal breaches by the user or their dependents.

Force Majeure

The Company shall not be liable for any failure or delay in service delivery caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, internet disruptions, or technical failures.

Modification of Terms

The Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Platform following any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Uttar Pradesh, India.

Acknowledgment
By using the Platform, the User confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. Users who do not agree must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.
