This Parent / Guardian Undertaking and Consent Agreement ("Agreement") is executed by the Parent / Guardian ("Parent") of the enrolled student ("Student") in favour of Doerpreneur OPC Private Limited ("Company"), operating the Juniorpreneur platform ("Platform").
By enrolling the Student in any program, the Parent agrees to the terms and undertakings set forth in this Agreement.
The Parent hereby declares that:
- They are the legal parent or authorised guardian of the Student.
- They have full legal authority to enrol the Student in the program.
- All information provided during registration and KYC is accurate, complete, and authentic.
The Parent grants permission for the Student to participate in all programs, activities, and interactions conducted by the Company. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Live and recorded online sessions.
- Offline learning centre sessions (where applicable).
- Assignments, projects, assessments, and collaborative activities.
- Community interactions and group engagements on the Platform.
The Parent provides explicit consent for the Company to collect, verify, and process KYC and personal data, including:
- Aadhaar Card details (or equivalent government-issued identification).
- Recent passport-size photograph.
- School name and address.
- Residential address proof.
- Academic records, including last year's class certificate or equivalent marksheet.
- Full name of the Parent / Guardian.
- Aadhaar Card details (front and back).
- Active contact number.
The Parent confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all of the following policies of the Company, each of which forms an integral part of this Agreement:
The Parent acknowledges that the programs offered by Juniorpreneur are educational in nature and aimed at skill development. The Company does not guarantee:
- Income generation or financial returns of any kind.
- Business success or entrepreneurial outcomes.
- Specific academic, career, or professional results.
Outcomes depend entirely on the Student's individual effort, commitment, participation, and application of learning.
The Parent agrees to:
- Ensure that the Student maintains discipline and respectful behaviour throughout the program.
- Actively monitor the Student's participation, conduct, and engagement on the Platform.
- Take full responsibility for any misconduct, violations, or inappropriate behaviour by the Student.
The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Student's access in the event of any violation of platform policies, without refund.
The Parent acknowledges that all fees are payable as per the selected program and refunds are governed by the Company's Cancellation and Refund Policy. The Parent specifically acknowledges:
Cancellation within 24 hours of payment is eligible for a partial refund, subject to the following deductions:

The Parent understands that the Company follows its Child Safety and Protection Policy and implements reasonable safeguards to protect minors on the Platform.
However, the Parent remains primarily responsible for supervising the Student's conduct, screen time, and usage of the Platform. The Company does not assume parental responsibility.
The Parent grants the Company permission to:
- Use the Student's projects, submissions, assignments, or participation records.
- Display or distribute such content for educational or promotional purposes on the Platform or its associated channels.
No additional compensation shall be provided for such usage unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The Parent agrees that:
- The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the Student's use of the Platform.
- The Company's total liability, if any, shall be strictly limited to the fees paid by the User for the relevant program.
The Parent agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its directors, staff, and associates against any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from:
- Misuse of the Platform by the Student or Parent.
- Violation of any policies or guidelines of the Company.
- Submission of incorrect, false, or forged information during registration or KYC.
The Company reserves the right to:
- Suspend or permanently terminate the Student's access for any violation of platform policies.
- Deny services in the event of non-compliance with the terms of this Agreement.
No refund shall be applicable in such cases of termination due to policy violations or misconduct.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Uttar Pradesh, India.
I, the Parent / Guardian of the enrolling student, hereby confirm that I have carefully read and fully understood this Agreement and all associated policies of Juniorpreneur / Doerpreneur OPC Private Limited — including the Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Cancellation and Refund Policy, and Child Safety and Protection Policy.
I agree to be legally bound by all terms stated herein. I provide my explicit consent for my child to participate in Juniorpreneur programs, and I take full responsibility for ensuring compliance with the obligations outlined in this Agreement.
By proceeding with enrolment or payment on the Juniorpreneur platform, the Parent / Guardian unconditionally accepts this Agreement in its entirety.
