- All direct and indirect interactions between stakeholders.
The Company is committed to:
- Maintaining a safe and structured learning environment at all times.
- Ensuring professional and appropriate conduct from all stakeholders.
- Protecting the personal and sensitive information of minors.
- Acting promptly on any reported safety concerns or violations.
All individuals interacting on or through the Platform must:
- Maintain respectful, appropriate, and professional communication at all times.
- Avoid any behaviour that may cause discomfort, distress, or harm to a minor.
- Follow all platform guidelines, rules, and instructions issued by the Company.
Mentors shall:
- Maintain a strictly professional relationship with students at all times.
- Communicate only through authorised channels designated by the Company.
- Avoid any personal or private interaction outside the Platform.
- Engage in one-on-one private communication with students without authorisation.
- Share personal contact details unnecessarily with students or parents.
- Use inappropriate language, behaviour, or conduct during any interaction.
Digital Partners and representatives shall:
- Avoid direct personal engagement with students beyond their designated professional scope.
- Not request personal, sensitive, or KYC information outside official processes.
- Not make any unauthorised commitments or representations to students or parents.
Learning Centres must:
- Maintain a safe, clean, well-lit, and monitored environment at all times.
- Ensure the presence of authorised and verified staff during all sessions.
- Prevent unauthorised access to premises during program hours.
- No unsupervised or inappropriate interaction between any adult and a student.
- Full compliance with Company safety standards and operational guidelines.
Students are expected to:
- Maintain discipline, decorum, and respect towards mentors, staff, and fellow students.
- Avoid bullying, harassment, or any form of inappropriate behaviour towards others.
- Follow all instructions provided by mentors and Company staff during sessions.
Violation of these expectations may lead to suspension or permanent termination from the platform.
Parents / Guardians are responsible for:
- Actively monitoring the student's participation and conduct on the Platform.
- Ensuring appropriate and responsible use of the Platform by the minor.
- Promptly reporting any safety concerns, incidents, or violations to the Company.
The Company strongly encourages active parental involvement as a key component of student safety.
- Harassment, bullying, or intimidation of any student or participant.
- Sharing of inappropriate, explicit, or harmful content in any form.
- Any form of abuse — verbal, emotional, or physical — directed at a minor.
- Unauthorised recording, sharing, or distribution of sessions or student information.
- Soliciting personal information from students or parents outside official processes.
- Personal and KYC data of students shall be handled with strict confidentiality and security.
- Access to sensitive student data shall be restricted to authorised personnel only.
- Student data shall not be shared, disclosed, or transferred without proper authorisation.
Data handling practices are further governed by the Company's Privacy Policy.
Any concerns, violations, or safety incidents may be reported through official communication channels of the Company. Reports may include, but are not limited to:
- Misconduct or inappropriate behaviour by any stakeholder.
- Safety concerns related to online or offline interactions.
- Violations of this Policy or platform guidelines.
Upon receiving a report or becoming aware of a safety concern, the Company may:
- Conduct a prompt internal review of the reported matter.
- Temporarily restrict or suspend access of the involved stakeholder(s).
- Take appropriate disciplinary action, including permanent removal from the Platform.
- Escalate the matter to relevant authorities if required by law or in the interest of safety.
The Company reserves the right to take all appropriate action at its sole discretion in the interest of child safety.
- All safety reports and related communications shall be handled with strict confidentiality.
- Information about reported incidents shall be shared only on a need-to-know basis within the Company.
- The identity of reporters shall be protected to the extent possible.
While the Company implements reasonable safeguards to protect minors on the Platform:
- It cannot guarantee the complete prevention of all risks or incidents.
- Parents / Guardians remain primarily responsible for supervising the minor's use of the Platform.
The Company shall not be held liable for incidents arising from a lack of parental supervision or misuse of the Platform by the student.
This Policy may be updated or revised periodically to reflect changes in applicable laws, operational practices, or platform standards. Continued use of the Platform following any update shall imply acceptance of the revised Policy.
This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes arising from this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Uttar Pradesh, India.
