This Cancellation and Refund Policy ("Policy") governs all payments, cancellations, and refund-related matters for services provided through the Juniorpreneur platform ("Platform"), operated by Doerpreneur OPC Private Limited ("Company").
By enrolling in any program, the User (including Parent / Guardian, where applicable) agrees to be bound by this Policy.
- All fees paid towards programs are non-refundable, except as expressly provided under this Policy.
- Enrolment once confirmed shall be considered final and binding.
- Refund requests shall be processed strictly in accordance with the terms set forth herein.
Users may request cancellation within 24 (twenty-four) hours from the time of successful payment. Requests submitted after this window shall not be entertained.
Cancellation requests must be submitted through official communication channels of the Company. Requests submitted through unauthorised channels may not be considered valid.
In the case of an approved cancellation within the 24-hour window, refunds shall be processed after the following deductions:

If the User has accessed any of the following within the 24-hour period, the Company reserves the right to apply additional reasonable deductions proportionate to usage:
- Live classes or mentoring sessions.
- Recorded content or learning materials.
- Platform features or digital resources.
Users are advised to carefully review their enrolment details before completing payment.
No refund shall be granted under any of the following circumstances:
- Change of mind after the permitted 24-hour cancellation window.
- Failure to attend sessions.
- Lack of participation or engagement in the program.
- Dissatisfaction without valid and documented grounds.
- Violation of Terms and Conditions.
- Suspension or termination due to misconduct or submission of false information.
The Company reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify programs due to:
- Operational or logistical requirements.
- Insufficient enrolments.
- Technical or unforeseen circumstances.
In such cases, the Company may, at its sole discretion:
- Offer rescheduling or transfer to another suitable program or batch.
- Provide a partial or full refund.
The Company shall not be responsible for delays caused by banks, financial institutions, payment gateway providers, or other third-party service providers.
If payment is made through third-party EMI or financing options:
- Refunds, if applicable, shall be subject to the policies and terms of such third-party financiers.
- The Company shall not be responsible for financing terms, additional charges, interest, or disputes arising from such arrangements.
- Program enrolment is non-transferable to another individual.
- Requests for batch or schedule transfer may be considered subject to availability and Company approval.
- Fees paid cannot be transferred to another person under any circumstance.
Refund requests arising from exceptional circumstances — such as a documented medical emergency — may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
- Supporting documentation will be required at the time of request.
- Approval shall be at the sole and absolute discretion of the Company.
- Submission of a request does not guarantee approval.
Any disputes arising from refund-related matters shall first be subject to the Company's internal review mechanisms. Users are encouraged to raise concerns through official channels before pursuing external remedies.
The decision of the Company, following internal review, shall be final and binding, subject to applicable laws of India.
The Company reserves the right to modify or update this Policy at any time without prior notice. Updated versions shall be effective upon publication on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Uttar Pradesh, India.
